Sales Department
The Sales department’s main task is centainlyto promote the sales of new machines to customers. Apart from having the technical knowledge of the machines, it is imperative that the sales personnel also have a good understanding of the application in which the machines will be utilized.

Technical Service Department
The Technical Service department consists of technicians and electricans. These highly-trained service engineers are responsible for the commissioning/start-up of new machines, performing after-sales service which includes onsite repair and spare part installation. Initially educated in-house, these service engineers continue their training with hands-on training at mills. Furthermore, they are trained to understand the process flow of different applications which utilize the copany’smachines. As customer service has always been the company’s main focus, each of these service engineers isequppedwith a utility vehicle and a driver to ensure greater mobility and faster response time. The Technical Service department is also set to grow as more service engineers are employed to cope with the increasing number of machines sold to the market in recent years.

Workshop Department
Officially opened in 1994, the workshop of PT. NumalosAbadiwas built to turtherenhance the after-sales service for machines that the company had sold, in particular for Flottwegdecanters. The workshop facility allows PT. NumalosAbadito perform the in-house reconditioning of machine components, including scrolls of Flottwegdecanters efficiently and in a timely manner. To enable it to perform its task effectively, the workshop is equipped with sophisticated machineries such as CNC Lathe machines, computerized balancing machines. It can perform services such as welding, lathing, hard-facing spray on metal, sand-blasting, and balancing. Continual improvement in the workshop department is achieved through acquisitions of more modern and afficientmachines, stricter quality control and training of workshop personel.

Warehouse Department
A delay in servicing due to unavailable parts often prolongs the downtime and causes economic losses to customers. It is coherent that this is where the responsibility of the warehouse departmentline, i.e. to maintain an adequate and sustainable level of spare parts available for use. This notion is indeed consistent with the company’s commitment to promote an excellent after-sales service.
